ANG FOOD FESTIVAL SA 'BAGONG BAILEN'

Invitational Participants: (Aspiring Chefs) Bailen's Locals, Alfonso, Magallanes, Maragondon
It seems appropriate that the timing is right to have something like this in the spirit of the Holiday Season this year.
Program of Events:
1. Food Tasting (from different chefs' recipes)
2. Live Cooking (Some)
3. Entertainment
For example:
a. Live performance of our famous BANDA
b. Invitational Basketball League
c. Beauty Contest
4. Speech from the Mayor and his Vision of Bagong Bailen.
In other places like Mexico Pampanga, they hold their special gathering that attracts many people as far as Manila to experience their extravagant displays of light fixtures. That's a great idea and a way to express their unique cultures and traditions.
Bailen is famous for Tilbok, Suman, and other kakanin. Besides, there are so many now who want to show their talent in cooking. Many participants will encourage to join in something like this.
This proposed event can be a short while or it can run for a month, depending on the time allowed. Bailen, "Is this doable or it's just one of those ideas..."
