      Lee Bailen Thank you Mr Lee. This is something it will affect bigtime to many commuters with this new highway connecting the Municipalities in our southern provinces. There is much good to the future it will bring like, the Farm-to-Market, and other development of residential and commercial. And now, there is one important thing that they must do to avoid CLUSTERS in the construction of residences because the population will grow, inevitably. All Municipalities should identify the MAP and LOT of every sector of the land within their boundary, like a subdivision, where the new highways are passing through because the lands will not be all and always AGRICULTURES in there. Eventually, Residences and Commercials will arrive when people start to migrate. Planning ahead is imperative to set the future in order.

    Engelberto Ocampo Ekot yung Hilis Kalamay ay nasa Municipal Road ng Bailen sa lugar ng Tabora. Maliit Lang itong iskineta na Ito patungo sa Balong Bayabas papuntang cemetery or Palanyag to Dao patungong silangan din. Sana May eminent domain na gawin ang bayan para Palawakin o lagyan pa ng bagong daan na lulusot sa Balong Bayabas galing sa Municipal Road. Giginhawa ang mga commuters kung May lagusang ganito
