Dear Philippines Mountain Rangers and Wildlife Enforcer,
I deeply appreciate your concern also for listening (reading) to some of the needed attention and to some degree fixing and exploring our riverbanks in Bailen.
1. The Malibic-Libic Falls can be considered one of the natural wonders in the world. Now that this place attracts many people around our nation, perhaps abroad, our time needs to support its presence and the passages to protect the safety of the many enthusiasts coming in to see this hidden nature. Right now, this is becoming slightly a tourist attraction of our countrymen and local citizen of our neighboring Municipalities and Cities. It's like a perfect getaway for the weekend for adventure, family picnics, self adventures, to name a few of the reasons why this place is becoming so popular. Considering the beauty of Mother Nature shown on many of our rivers, it's really a blessing and a gift from above. The joy it brings to people to love and nurture our environment helps them to learn to preserve and protect all of the Philippines' Mother Nature resources.
As I see it, a group of regular volunteers can act as Guide Crew. I started an account on FB name RIVERBANK GUIDE CREW (RGC)to help encourage others to step up to assist visitors. Ang Tala, Paliguang Aso, Talong Malapad are all there and each of them portrays a unique ambiance that differs from each other.

I also have another one called RIVERBANK EXPLORATION where the RGC will lead the exploration to see the death of the string of BALONG SANTO Falls.
